Online and Traditional Marketing

Every home is unique, and I will make sure that your home will be showcased to its best advantage.

This will involve a mix of online and tangible marketing.

Step 1

PREPARE YOUR HOME TO MAXIMIZE ITS VALUE

Before the professional photographer even steps foot inside your place, we need to make it shine! This will involve a room by room walk through with detailed notes to help you prepare (think de-clutter!) before our professional stager comes to work her magic. Whether it's just an accessory stage, or a full stage, your home will be show ready in no time. If paint is needed, I can help you coordinate a great painter as well.

Step 2

PHOTOS AND FLOOR PLAN

Professional photos and a professional floor plan are so important! The pros I work with know exactly how to make that small MLS photo look like a million bucks. The printed versions are even better!

BROCHURES

A 4 page colour brochure that includes photos, a floor plan and an amazing write up will be given to every prosepective buyer. This will help them remember exactly what they loved about your home.

VIDEOS

A video will only be made if it will make your space look better. I don't recommend videos of small condos as they can actually make the space look smaller. 

ONLINE

In addition to the MLS, REW, Realtor.ca, REMAX sites locally and worldwide, and all of the other home search engines out there, your listing will also be featured on Instagram and Facebook.

IN PERSON

I will personally be at every showing in order to best showcase your home and neighbourhood. No lockboxes, no giving another agent keys. Personalized service every step of the way.

PRICING YOUR HOME

When you think about it, there are several other homes for sale competing with your home. I will help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers. The way I do this is by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes in your area. We will talk about these other properties and how they relate to yours and come up with the best possible pricing strategy together. No bullshit, just the facts and honest advice from my years of experience.
